Marty Bishop

Bravura Brass trumpet player Marty Bishop holds a bachelor's degree from the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at the University of Memphis.  While there, he studied trumpet with David Spencer, as well as performing with the top bands and orchestras of that school.  More recently, he completed a Master of Music Performance degree at the University of North Texas, where he studied with John Holt and Keith Johnson and performed in numerous ensembles, including the prestigious UNT Wind Ensemble.
